The atmosphere of the training on 'Building Management' seminar, the 1st session organized by the Thai Property Management Association, held at Harmony Room, Hotel J Pattaya. QPM had the honor of being invited by the association to have qualified individuals and experts in management as speakers for this occasion. Mr. Surapol Manoonphol, Chairman of the QPM Management Committee, delivered a lecture on the topic of 'Professional Ethics in Property Management and Quality Control,' while Ms. Pathida Damrongnithikul, Finance and Accounting Manager, spoke on the subject of 'Financial Management, Accounting, and Taxation of Condominiums.
