On 6 August 2025, Quality Property Management Co., Ltd. (QPM) held its annual merit-making ceremony on the occasion of entering its 30th year at the Bangkok Management Center, in order to uphold the organization’s cherished traditions and to bring auspicious blessings for sustainable business operations.

Quality Property Management Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Surapol Manoonphol, Chairman of the Executive Board, presided over the second management review meeting of 2024 under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Ms. Supatra Charoensrisomchit served as the Quality Management Representative (QMR).

คิวพีเอ็ม ผนึกกำลังร่วมกับพนักงาน และท่านเจ้าของร่วมที่อยู่ภายใต้การบริหารจัดการดูแลของคิวพีเอ็ม กว่า 400 โครงการ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 60+ Earth Hour 2025 โดยร่วมใจปิดไฟในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง และงดใช้เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าที่ไม่จำเป็น เป็นเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง โดยในปีนี้สามารถลดการใช้ไฟฟ้าได้เพิ่มขึ้นจากปีที่ผ่านมากกว่า 30%

QPM joined forces with employees and co-owners from over 400 projects under QPM’s management to participate in the 60+ Earth Hour 2025 campaign. Participants collectively turned off lights in common areas and refrained from using non-essential electrical appliances for one hour. This year, electricity consumption was reduced by more than 30% compared to the previous year.

บริษัท ควอลิตี้ พรอพเพอร์ตี้ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด จัดทำโครงการ “เราไม่ทิ้งกัน” ร่วมบริจาคสิ่งของอุปโภคและบริโภค ช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยน้ำท่วมในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยผู้บริหารและพนักงานบริษัทฯ ร่วมมอบสิ่งของเครื่องใช้จำเป็น ให้กับผู้ประสบภัยน้ำท่วม ซึ่งเป็นการช่วยเหลือบรรเทาความเดือดร้อน และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการช่วยเหลือสังคม ผ่านมูลนิธิองค์กรทำดี โดยมีคุณอภิชัย เกิดสุข เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานเขตปทุมธานี มูลนิธิองค์กรทำดี เป็นผู้รับมอบ เพื่อลำเลียงสิ่งของบริจาคกว่าหนึ่งคันรถตู้คอนเทนเนอร์นำไปให้กับผู้ประสบอุทกภัยในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงราย ต่อไป

Quality Property Management Co., Ltd. organized the “We Won’t Leave Anyone Behind” initiative to donate essential household and consumable items to assist flood victims in Chiang Rai province. Company executives and staff participated in providing necessary supplies to those affected by the floods, as part of the company’s social responsibility mission. The donations were made through the Ruamkatanyu Foundation, with Mr. Apichai Kertsuk, a field officer for Pathum Thani district at the Ruamkatanyu Foundation, acting as the recipient.

Quality Property Management Co., Ltd. launched the project “We Won’t Leave Anyone Behind” to donate gently used clothing to help flood victims. This initiative aims to alleviate suffering and contribute to social support through The Mirror Foundation, which will transport 1,000 boxes of usable second-hand clothes to flood-affected areas.
